Kathryn S. Rickley

With more than ten years of employment litigation experience, Kathryn (Katie) Rickley provides advice and counsel to employers with a particular focus on discrimination, wrongful termination, and civil rights, as well as individual and collective/class wage and hour actions.

Before joining Halbrook Wood, she litigated employment cases on behalf of employees, giving her a unique perspective when evaluating cases and advising clients. Katie also worked for an education law firm where she gained experience in education law, labor and employment law, and insurance defense and litigation.
